Burn Foundation Eager to Partner With Gov’t to Support Victims

Co-Founder of the Burn Foundation of Jamaica, Stephen Josephs, says he is looking forward to collaborating with the Ministry of Gender to provide support for local burn victims.

Josephs was speaking at the recent launch of the Crisis Support Charity and Burn Foundation of Jamaica at the AC Marriott Hotel.

 

Stephen Josephs has been involved in multiple missions that have saved the lives of burn victims in Jamaica.

These include Adrianna Laing and Alecia King.

 

Laing was rescued from a house fire in Springfield in Westmoreland on September 2023 that claimed the life of her three brothers.

King was set on fire as she slept at her home in Linstead, St Catherine, in August 2023.
