Who We are

Crisis Support Charity is a registered Jamaica-based humanitarian organization dedicated to providing timely, coordinated, and compassionate responses to individuals and families affected by crisis. Our work addresses the urgent and long-term needs arising from natural disasters, medical emergencies, poverty, and social vulnerability across Jamaica.

Operating within high-risk and underserved communities, Crisis Support Charity delivers evidence-informed interventions including emergency relief, disaster response, medical equipment donations and outreach interventions, food and essential supplies distribution, and psychosocial support. Our programs prioritize vulnerable populations such as children, single-parent households, particularly female-headed households, the elderly, and persons living with disabilities.

Jamaica’s exposure to hurricanes, flooding, public health challenges, and economic instability underscores the need for structured, community-based response systems. Crisis Support Charity works in collaboration with local stakeholders, public hospitals, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community leaders to ensure aid is targeted, culturally appropriate, and responsive to real-time needs. Our approach emphasizes community engagement, needs assessment, and accountability to beneficiaries.
