1. Donations

Thank you for supporting our mission. All donations made to Crisis Support Charity are used to fund our programs and initiatives that support vulnerable individuals and communities.

1.1 Donation Refund Policy

• All donations are considered final and non-refundable.

• Donations are voluntary contributions made to support charitable activities and are immediately allocated toward operational, programmatic, or emergency relief efforts.

• As a registered charity, we are unable to return funds once a donation has been processed.

1.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate donations made in error

• Incorrect donation amount entered unintentionally

• Technical or processing errors attributable to our payment system

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the donation date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Merchandise Sales

We offer branded merchandise to help raise funds for our charitable programs.

2.1 Returns

• Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

• Proof of purchase is required.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Sale or clearance items

• Customized or personalized merchandise

• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

• Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase

2.3 Refunds for Merchandise

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2.4 Exchanges

• Exchanges are permitted for defective or damaged items only.

• If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  

3. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage donors and customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delayed resolution and additional fees.

5. Policy Updates

Crisis Support Charity reserves the right to modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
